1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the FQPS Academy platform, including the website, study tools, mentor features and any related services. By creating an account you agree to be bound by them.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the platform. Some features assume you are preparing for the SQE in England & Wales.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
4. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
Paid plans and add-ons are described at the point of purchase, including price, billing frequency and any applicable guarantee. You can cancel in line with the terms shown when you subscribe.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the platform only for your own SQE preparation and not to share, resell, scrape or redistribute the content, or to misuse the service in any way that harms other users or the platform.
6. Intellectual property
The course materials, question banks, software and branding are owned by FQPS Academy or its licensors and are provided to you under a limited, personal, non-transferable licence for the duration of your access.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The platform is a study aid and does not guarantee any particular examination outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in the finalised terms.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a material change we will update the version below and, where appropriate, ask you to accept the new version before you continue.
